# Splitvy — Pricing & Fees

Splitvy is a peer-to-peer marketplace for shared digital subscriptions. The marketplace itself is free to use; Splitvy earns only from the two fees described below. All values are settled as USDT (1 USDT ≈ 1 USD). Fees are configurable and are always snapshotted onto each transaction; the live confirmation screen shows the exact amount that will move before you confirm.

## Accounts
- Account creation: **Free**
- Listing a group: **Free**
- Browsing and searching groups: **Free**
- Both buyers and creators use the same free account (you can be both).

## Fees

## Protection & refunds
- A paid join is held in **escrow** and is not released to the creator until the buyer confirms working access.
- If a paid join stays unconfirmed, it **auto-refunds in full** when the displayed protection window expires.
- Withdrawal previews show the asset, network cost, applicable fee, and net payout before a withdrawal is requested.

## Notes
- Fees are configurable platform settings; the current live terms are shown on the pricing page and inside each transaction flow. Treat the confirmation screen as the source of truth.
- No subscription is resold by Splitvy; the platform only facilitates buyers and creators sharing access to subscriptions they legitimately hold.
