Refund Policy

Your funds are protected by our escrow system. Learn when you qualify for an instant refund and how dispute resolution works.

1. Escrow Protection Guarantee

At Splitvy, we prioritize trust. When a buyer purchases a seat in a subscription group, the funds are not sent directly to the creator. Instead, they are held in our secure Escrow System.

This guarantees that creators must successfully deliver valid subscription credentials and access. If a creator fails to deliver within the specified timeframe, the buyer is entitled to an automatic and immediate refund.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Buyers are eligible to receive refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: The creator fails to provide correct login instructions or invite link within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Invalid Credentials: The shared password, username, or activation link does not work, and the creator fails to correct it within 12 hours of being notified in the support chat.
  • Premature Cancellation: The subscription stops working or the creator changes the password before the monthly billing cycle is completed, violating the agreement.
  • Banned Accounts: The original third-party provider (e.g. Netflix, OpenAI) terminates or bans the master subscription due to a creator-side violation.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: The buyer simply decides they no longer want the subscription after accessing the valid seat credentials.
  • Buyer Violation: The buyer was banned from the group by the creator for violating the group rules or attempting to modify the master account settings.
  • Blockchain Deposits: Any USDT P2P deposit completed to top up wallet balances is final once confirmed on the blockchain and cannot be reversed by Splitvy.

4. Refund Resolution Process

If a problem occurs with your subscription seat, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Creator: Open a chat in your dashboard and notify the creator about the credentials or access issue.
  2. Report an Issue: If the creator is unresponsive or fails to resolve the issue within 12 hours, click "Report Issue" on the group page to raise a ticket.
  3. Admin Review: Splitvy administrators will audit the group chat logs and credentials. We aim to review and resolve all tickets within 24 hours.
  4. USDT Credit: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the buyer's available Splitvy wallet balance in USDT.
